Syntec AI Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 24 May 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers of Syntec AI may request refunds or cancel their subscriptions/services.

1. Refunds

Due to the digital and AI-based nature of our products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.

  • A refund may be granted only if:

  • The product was never delivered;

    • A verified technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it.

2. Refunds Not Granted

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has already been accessed, downloaded, or used;

  • The customer failed to meet minimum requirements;

  • The request is made after the refund window (if applicable).

3. Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed without first contacting support will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all services and access;

  • Permanent ban from future purchases;

  • Possible dispute escalation through payment providers.

4. Subscriptions (if offered)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
