Syntec AI Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers of Syntec AI may request refunds or cancel their subscriptions/services.
1. Refunds
Due to the digital and AI-based nature of our products:
All sales are final and non-refundable once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
A refund may be granted only if:
The product was never delivered;
A verified technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it.
2. Refunds Not Granted
Refunds will not be provided if:
The product has already been accessed, downloaded, or used;
The customer failed to meet minimum requirements;
The request is made after the refund window (if applicable).
3. Chargebacks
Any chargeback filed without first contacting support will result in:
Immediate termination of all services and access;
Permanent ban from future purchases;
Possible dispute escalation through payment providers.
4. Subscriptions (if offered)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
